If your order is being returned, start by contacting the delivery service. It’s sometimes possible to stop the return before it reaches us. If your order is already on its way back to our printer, don't worry. We don't charge return fees at the moment.

Once it's returned, reach out to us and we’ll help get it shipped again. This is also a great chance to double-check or update your address if needed.
